The SPA might be busy on a weekend as clients external to the hotel are also accepted. But the facilities are great and large, thus it's all good. Great golf course

I truly enjoyed my stay at QC Termegarda. The hotel is immerse in a wonderful place, peaceful and well kept. Restaurant provides good food, service is always attentive whether at the bar, spa or reception.

5 star experience!! I was a little concerned when I read some of the reviews about this place being crowded or not feeling like a relaxing experience, but after spending a exquisite Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I was extremely happy. - The breakfast is amazing. So many options. - The FREE aperitivo is great. I expected just a tray of options but it is actually a buffet. My only recommendation is to have the finger snacks served under fire instead of heat lamps as they were not hot. - Staff is kind and helpful. - We felt so relaxed and many rooms were empty. We never felt like we were (as some reviews say) at a water park or a hospital (the robes are very nice.) - we did not encounter any tweens,large groups, or bad behaved guests. Most guests were older or couples, and considering the location and cost, I don’t see how this place would attract anything less than class. I recommended this beautiful place!!

Wonderful place, smooth experience at check in, thanks to very professional, kind employees who welcome guests at the entrance, giving them all needed information The experience overall was relaxing and pleasant, the thermal area is clean and well maintained. I will certainly go back and would recommend to others to try it out!

I spent all day in the spa because I love it and QCterme in general. This spa is new (it opened in December) and the atmosphere is very nice, once you are inside of it you feel more relaxed! There 2 pools and outside and 4 inside! There are several saunas and steam baths. You can eat a rich lunch inside, paying for the “brunch”, while the aperitif is included with the entrance. At lunch you can change you towels! The staff is very kind and disposable to everything you need

Wonderful spa, very big with a number of different sauna, hammam, pools with jacuzzi, hot and frozen showers. nice service, nice park. The lunch was good, maybe a bit pricey for what they offer at the buffet. however, food quality is good. Extremely nice staff. Only cons: 5 hours might not be enough to fully enjoy all the different options.

A wonderful and memorable start to our honeymoon! After experiencing the QC Terme Milano and Turino day spas I knew we could not go wrong booking 3 nights at QC terme lake Garda. My expectations however were surpassed from the beginning!! The service, quality and attention given to guests is 10/10. I can not recommend this place enough and I was so sad to leave but excited to rebook in the future 💕🙏 I could say more about this place but it's better experienced and worth ever penny.

This place is absolutely incredible. It is on an entirely other level. Our room was stunning, the views stunning, the spa felt like an adult water park. The saunas and baths are clothed for anyone unsure. I do wish they had a nude area just because wet bathing suits in saunas feel weird but ultimately don’t care either way. 10/10
